Spring in Piteå is a special time of year. The snow is still on the ground, the sun is starting to warm things up and the days are getting longer. Late winter is in full swing and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors before the snow starts to melt away. Why not go for a ski, take a kick-sleigh ride, or perhaps lace up your skates and head to the Piteå Ice Arena? In Hemmingsmark, about 20 kilometers from central Piteå, you’ll find a well-maintained exercise trail.
