Are you a senior who feels drawn to nature but unsure about how to get outdoors, and would you like basic knowledge about outdoor recreation?

The Swedish Tourist Association (Svenska Turistföreningen) wants to inspire you who are 50+ to feel more confident in nature and experience a sense of community. We therefore invite you to a free introduction to hiking and outdoor life! We will start at the parking area next to the riding stable and will hike approximately 3 km in easy forest terrain on trails with several breaks.

Along the way, the tour leader Jörgen will share useful information about things that are good to know when going on an easy hiking trip.
This is a great opportunity for those who would like to hike together with others in easy terrain.

Please bring your own fika (coffee break snacks), water, a sitting pad, weather-appropriate clothing, and comfortable shoes. A warm welcome!

Important information:
Start time: 09:00. End time: 12:00.
The activity is free of charge and open to everyone but is especially aimed at seniors (50+).
Register yourself and your party no later than June 29th. (Maximum number of participants: 12)
