The Venus Meeting Place – The Creative Studio

Mötesplatsen Venus is a non-profit association for women who want to meet, socialize, create, and grow together.

You do not need to be a member to visit us; we welcome all women to participate.

We want you to feel welcome just as you are, regardless of your background, age, or where you come from. We believe in community and participation, and that together we can create a place where people can grow, make new friends, and feel less lonely.

What happens at Mötesplatsen Venus?

At Mötesplatsen Venus, we build community by:

- Socializing and talking in a safe and supportive environment
- Having coffee and a snack together
- Supporting and encouraging each other in daily life
- Creating and being creative together
- Inspiring each other toward personal growth
- Meeting new people and building community

The Creative Studio

In our Creative Studio, creativity flows freely. Here, you can, among other things:

- Paint and create
- Make jewelry
- Work on various crafts
- Upcycle old items and give them new life
- Try out new creative techniques

You don’t need to be an artist or experienced in making things. It’s all about daring to try, having fun, and creating together.

Themed gatherings and workshops

We regularly organize various themed gatherings, workshops, and activities. Examples include:

- Candle making
- Macramé
- Jewelry making
- Creative workshops
- Upcycling and crafting
- Lectures and inspiring gatherings
- Outings and group activities
