Yoga & Hiking on the Solander Trail

Join us for a scenic hike along the Solander Trail, from Destination Sikfors by the rushing Pite River to the beautiful Berglunds Tjärn in Arnemark.
We meet outside the restaurant at 10:00 AM and begin with a short yoga session to warm up before setting off on our hike to Arnemark.

The 6 km hike ends with a relaxing yoga session by the lake. No previous experience of yoga or hiking is required—everyone is welcome!

After the activity, you can either hike back to Sikfors on your own or arrange to be picked up in Arnemark. If you would like transportation back to Sikfors, please let us know when booking.

Booking: Email info@destinationsikfors.se with your name and phone number. Please book no later than one day before the activity.
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
Minimum participants: 5 people
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for hiking, plenty of water, and swimwear if you'd like to finish with a refreshing dip in the lake.
Price: SEK 350 per person, payable on site by Swish or cash.

Fresh fruit will be served upon arrival in Arnemark.

This activity is a collaboration between Ylva from Iyengar Yogaskolan, Nina from Di-Ni Farmen, and Destination Sikfors.
