Jävre old Mill

Inside the mill is our local history museum.
It is a local history museum that showcases the history of our region with objects and photographs from the old farming community.
Many of the items were donated by villagers who wanted the cultural heritage to live on.
The museum reflects what it might have looked like in an old farmer's kitchen, a schoolroom, what agricultural tools were used, and our textile history, etc.
We hope that a visit to our museum will give you insight, knowledge and a sense of a bygone era, perhaps even a little nostalgia.
