Storstrand kursgård
Storstrand Kursgård is located in a scenic and peaceful location next to the Piteälven River which slowly flows by. Here you can enjoy wonderful nature, bright, nice premises, our delicious food and a fantastic view! Storstrand is only 5 km from Piteå city centre, close to most things and yet separated from the noise of the city.
Our campsite has 35 camping pitches including electricity, a number of additional pitches for motorhomes and plenty of space for tents and camping pitches without electricity. Our campsite is open all year round, with full service during the summer. There is free WiFi throughout our area.
In the middle of the campsite is our service house with kitchen, toilets and shower rooms. During the summer we have another kitchen with a large adjoining lounge open. Here you can watch TV, play ping pong, socialise or relax on the sofa. We also have Adventure minigolf for the whole family!
We can also offer four fresh six-bed cottages, with three double rooms in each cottage as well as a kitchen, shower and toilet. There are also two four-bed cabins on the premises with access to the service building. You can also bring a dog in the small cabins.
The hostel consists of single rooms, double rooms and four-bed rooms with access to the kitchen, dining area, shower and toilet in the corridor.
The bright dining room and café can accommodate 180 people and, with large windows and a view down towards the river, invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. In the summer there is also a large patio with a good view of the area. The dining room also has a small stage with sound and light, as it is also used at music cafes or as a conference and lecture room for larger groups.
Our premises also have access to a playroom, playground, football pitch, two beach volleyball courts, barbecue areas, sauna and swimming area.
