Djuptjärn

Djuptjärn is a cozy and easily accessible forest pond.

You can drive almost all the way to the site, and once there, you’ll find both a handicap-accessible toilet and a fishing pier designed for people with disabilities.

The pond is boardwalked around its perimeter, and scattered around are several smaller fishing piers, shelters, barbecue areas, and fire pits, as well as a lovely kåta with a stove, perfect for overnight stays. Rainbow trout and Arctic char are stocked in Djuptjärn.

The pond covers 10 hectares, with an average depth of 2.2 meters and a maximum depth of 5 meters.
