The next step – from thought to action

A day for those of you who run a business, create something of your own, have an idea, want to develop and feel that it is time to take the next step in what you want to realize.

It is easy to get caught up in everything that needs to be done. To run, solve the next thing and let the bigger questions wait.

On this day you will have the opportunity to look up and focus on two of the most important parts of what you want to create – yourself and your direction forward.

What do you want? What is important to you – really? What is holding you back? And what do you need to do to go from thought to action?

During the day we work with reflection, coaching exercises and concrete steps forward. We alternate conversations and personal work with yoga, movement and meditation – and create space for the exchange of experiences, inspiration and new perspectives together with other female entrepreneurs.

It will be an open and playful day where both the person and the entrepreneur can participate. Where you can stop for a while, but also challenge yourself and start putting what you want into action.

You leave here with new energy, greater clarity and concrete steps that you can start acting on immediately.

And in the middle of all this we get to enjoy Rosfors Bruksherrgård, good food and a day together with other women who also want to move forward.

Please note that this event will be held in Swedish.

Please bring comfortable clothes as we will be moving around during the day. Breakfast. lunch and coffee is included.
