Daytime Screening with Folketshus

As always, we invite you to join us for coffee at Röda Lyktan in Småstaden after the film.

Hans is a shy young man on the autism spectrum who has always dreamed of having a girlfriend. When he moves into supported housing, he meets Sophie – outgoing, temperamental, and newly discharged from a psychiatric hospital. Despite a disastrous first date, an unexpected love begins to blossom.

But their relationship sparks conflicts between Hans’s neurotic family, Sophie’s overprotective father, and the staff at the residence, who have had enough of Sophie’s disruptive behaviour. Soon, Hans and Sophie are on the run, and for the first time, the future seems full of possibilities.
