Do you enjoy moving to music, expressing emotions through dance, and developing your creativity? Then our Dancehall workshop is for you!

Dancehall is an energetic and rhythmic dance style with roots in Jamaica. The style is characterised by strong musicality, distinct rhythms, hip movements, isolations, and expressive movements.

Dancehall is all about finding your own style and expressing yourself through music. Dancing helps develop coordination, body control, musicality, and self-confidence. Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous dance experience.

Classes are held in Dans i Nord’s dance studios at the School of Music / Acusticum in Piteå Municipality.
