Gustav "Rävjägarn" Bergström is an author and writer with a passion for Swedish traditions—both tangible and intangible—including houses, interior design, oral history, and coffee culture.

In this lecture, he discusses his latest book, *Välkommen på kaffe* ("Welcome for Coffee"). The book is a collection of classic recipes from a bygone era when coffee gatherings were governed by specific social rules. For instance, who approached the coffee table first, and in what order were the pastries to be eaten?

No advance tickets or seat reservations; admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
